A Liaisoning Architect  can also be called laisoning architect because mostly they work independently and intermediate between the various agencies and department who are involved in construction . Not every liaisoning architect has the intricate knowledge of a particular area and therefore not everyone can take the roles of liaison architects 

The difference between the two is substantial . while a design architect make working drawing and execute the project on site where as liaison architect is responsible for the approval of the plan from government authority so that work can be executed on site.

While executing a project the principal architects takes care of detailed planning and co ordinate with the consultants related to infrastructural service only . A lisoning architect plays an important role for the smooth execution and  completion of a project . They area appointed to take care of the following services:

– Co coordinating between the sanctioning authorities and principal architect. 

– Follow up with various departments and government authorities .

– Obtaining sanctions for the projects. 

-Fills the gap between the government offices , construction companies and other related agencies. 

– Resolving various legal an other issue than area related to construction.
